Are the horn grill holes pre-drilled?

A slightly modified beetle tank is most commonly used.

Do you sell bolt in roll over hoops?

Yes we sell full roll cages as well as roll over hoops.

Do the doors have space for roll down windows?

Yes you can fit electric or manual windows.

Is the engine lid pre-fitted?

Yes it is pre-hung, except on the 'kit builder' kit.

Can I have a twin grill rear engine lid?

Yes, they are only available for Speedsters and can be supplied with your kit or separately.

Is the bonnet pre-fitted?

No but this can be added as an optional extra.

Are engine lid seals available?

There is no need for an engine lid seal (same on an original 356), but we do sell bonnet seals.

Are the washer jet holes pre-drilled?

Are rear lights pre-drilled?

This can be added as an optional extra with your kit.

Do the doors come pre-fitted?

Yes they are pre-hung, except on the 'kit builder' kit.

How long is the wait time for a body?

We endeavour to keep bodies in-stock, occasionally an 8-week lead-time is possible.

Do they come with door hinges?

Yes doors are pre-hung on hinges, except on the 'kit builder' kit.

Speedster Clinic bodies are made in the UK, by hand, by a expert team of laminators. Using grey gel coat, with woven fibre matting and a polyester resin. We also use black flow coat on the underside of the body.

Do the doors come drilled for handles?

This can be added as an optional extra with your kit.

How straight is the body?

We have worked very hard to create the best mold possible, ensuring all Speedster Clinic bodies need minimal body prep.

Do the doors come with striker plates?

This can be added as an optional extra with your kit.

Will the body come with the holes for gauges/dials?

They are pre-cut on the 356A coupe, this can be added as an optional extra with other kits.

Do the doors come with check straps?

No. These were not fitted as standard, Porsche used a rubber stop bush.

What are the body gaps like?

All our body panels are made oversized, allowing for trimming to create perfect panel gaps.

Is there a glove box available?

Speedsters don't have a glove box. 356A coupes with with the liner as part of body and the lid is loose ready for mounting. The 356 Pre-A doesn't have a glove box.
